At St. Mary's Catholic School we assist families in the formation of their children as disciples of Jesus and His Kingdom, through faith, scholarship, leadership, and service.  We welcome students as young as 3 years old through High School graduation.  Deciding where your child will attend school is an important decision and I would love the opportunity to discuss with you what makes St. Mary's so special.

The Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program is now accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year. Applications close March 17, 2026.

Application Fee for prospective students: $30

All international students apply through our online Admissions portal:
St. Mary's Online Application

The application requires the following documents (all in English or officially translated):

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization record

• Current and previous school transcripts
  

Once the Admissions Committee has reviewed the completed application, families will receive notification of acceptance or next steps. If accepted, the student will receive an admissions packet and information regarding tuition.

After acceptance and financial verification:

• St. Mary’s generates the Form I-20 through SEVIS.

• The student pays the SEVIS I-901 fee. (www.fmjfee.com)

• The student schedules a visa appointment at the U.S. Consulate in their home country.

Students will use the I-20 for:

• Visa interview

• Entry into the United States

St. Mary's Catholic School is pleased to announce our Homeschool Student Partnership.  Beginning Fall 2024, St. Mary's invites homeschool students in grades 5-12 from the Greater Longview Area to partner with St. Mary's to take courses in core content or elective areas and to participate in extracurricular activities as St. Mary's Catholic School students.

Step-by-Step: How to Apply

1. Select “Apply Here” below.
   Click Application to be redirected to FACTS, our secure online system.
2. Create a FACTS account (new families)
   If you are new to St. Mary’s, choose Create an Account and follow the prompts.
3. Complete the online application
   Once logged in, select Application/Enrollment and complete all required fields.
4. Submit your application
   Review your information and click Submit when finished.

What is FACTS?

FACTS is our secure student information system that manages applications, enrollment paperwork, tuition, and family communication. Creating a FACTS account allows you to save progress, return anytime, and track your application status.
